Legal information / General terms and conditions The following terms and conditions regulate the contractual relationship between you and the Homeko shop. Please read the following conditions carefully. § 1 General / Scope These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by customers via the Homeko online shop (Ekrem Ramazan Ayyildiz, Am Alten Güterbahnhof 16, 76646 Bruchsal). We are also contractual partners. For consumers within the meaning of the German Civil Code, special protective provisions apply in some cases, in particular a right of withdrawal. A consumer according to § 13 of the German Civil Code is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly not be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity. § 2 Conclusion of contract (1) The presentation of our products in the web shop does not constitute an offer of contract. When placing an order in the online shop, the customer submits a binding offer of contract by clicking on the button [Buy / order for a fee]. After placing your order, we will immediately send you an automated electronic confirmation that we have received the offer. You will also be informed of the right of withdrawal to which consumers are entitled. This email does not contain a declaration that we accept the offer. When the contract with us is concluded depends on the type of payment you have chosen (more details in § 4): If you pay with PayPal, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. There you can enter payment details and confirm the payment instruction to PayPal. After placing the order in the shop, we ask PayPal to initiate the payment transaction and thereby accept the offer. If you pay by credit card, you submit your credit card details. After you have been identified as the legitimate cardholder, we ask the credit card company to initiate the payment transaction via a payment service provider and thereby accept the offer. If you pay by direct bank transfer, you give the service provider commissioned by us to process the payment transaction a direct debit mandate. The service provider will deduct the invoice amount directly from the bank account you have specified. The service provider will inform you of the date of the debit from your account after we receive your order (so-called prenotification). This is how the contract with us is concluded. When paying with Apple Pay or Google Pay, your credit card company is asked to initiate the payment transaction via the corresponding app via a service provider. We thereby accept the offer. If you have deposited your PayPal account, the app will trigger a payment order to PayPal. After placing the order in the shop, we will use this method to request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction and thereby accept the offer. If a debit card is deposited, the invoice amount will be debited directly from your specified bank account. In this case, the contract is concluded when the service provider informs you of the debit from your account. When paying in advance, the contract is concluded at the moment we ask you to pay, referring to our bank details. We would like to point out that when paying in advance, delivery may be delayed, as it may take a few days for the amount to be credited to our account. The order will not be shipped until the payment has been received. In the case of delivery on account, the contract is concluded by the order confirmation. (2) The contract text is stored by us and sent to you upon request after the contract has been concluded. You will also receive the order data with the confirmation email. (3) The contract language is German. § 3 Delivery conditions (1) The ordered goods will be sent to the delivery address you specified. The delivery time is stated in the offer. We use the service provider specified in the ordering process for delivery. Goods that cannot be sent by parcel will be delivered to the curb by a shipping company. An appointment will be made by telephone by us or the shipping company so that you can receive the goods in person. (2) Deliveries are only made to shipping addresses in Germany. (3) If an ordered item cannot be delivered because our supplier does not deliver to us despite their contractual obligation through no fault of our own, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract. In this case, we will inform you immediately that the ordered goods are no longer available and will immediately refund any services already provided. (4) If the delivery of the goods is not possible due to your fault despite three attempts to
